Through a partnership approach, we can also offer full Daylight / Sunlight analysis and Right to Light calculations derived from accurate up to date survey data or 3D model.
Planning authorities now require light issues to be addressed as an essential part of a planning application. Formby Surveys can provide the required evidence and reports, highlighting whether nearby properties are going to be adversely affected by a new development/extension. Our reports further support any planning applications/objections.
